Employees in Arrotek have taken part in an Eat Well, Feel Well workshop. It was presented by nutritionist Aoife Clancy. Aoife is the performance nutritionist with Sligo GAA's Senior football and hurling teams. She also runs a nutrition clinic. The aim of the virtual workshop was to discuss a balanced approach to a healthy lifestyle, nutrition, and the immune system. This year Arrotek took part in the Spirit of Christmas Gift Appeal by buying a gift for a resident of Nazareth House nursing home in Sligo. It was a small offering, but very much appreciated by the residents of Nazareth house and brightened up what can be a lonely time of year for some of the residents.
