Ger has over 15 years experience in the design and development of minimal invasive catheter based medical devices. His major areas of expertise are medical device research and development, mechanical design, polymer processing and thermodynamics. Ger holds a B.Eng in mechanical engineering (First class Hons.)

Mark Pugh - Director & Co-founder

Mark has over 10 years experience bringing to market Class II and Class III medical devices. His major areas of expertise are Regulatory compliance, quality control, transfer of product from R&D to manufacture and process validation. Mark holds a B.Eng in Aeronautical Engineering.

Adrian Moran - Manufacturing Manager

Adrian has 12 years manufacturing experience and has successfully managed the transfer of Class II and Class III products into volume production. His major areas of expertise are design for manufacture, process validation and project management. Adrian holds a B.Eng in manufacturing engineering.
